E-GIFT CARD "Rocalè Calzature" PURCHASED ONLINE
TERMS OF USE
E-Gift Cards are available exclusively online at Rocalè Calzature.
E-Gift Card purchases must be made in the same currency in which the card was issued.
Currency exchanges will not be available after purchase.
Rocalè Calzature is not responsible for sending the E-Gift Cards to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the purchaser.
Period of validity: The E-Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date the confirmation email is sent, it can be used for one or more orders and can also be used for orders of a higher value than that of the E-Gift Card.
It is possible to renew the duration of the E-Gift Card after 12 months by contacting customer service at [email protected]
Features
The E-GIFT CARD will be issued for the amount chosen by the Customer, it does not involve any issuing or activation costs, nor commissions for use.
The recipient of the card will receive the E-GIFT CARD code by email which he can use on our store by entering it and applying it during the checkout phase.
The E-GIFT CARD cannot be used in the store, it is valid only for online purchases.
It is not necessary to have an account to use the discount code. The E-Gift Card is not reloadable. Discounts and/or promotions of any kind cannot be applied to the purchase of the E-GIFT CARD.
Codes cannot be combined with other E-Gift Card codes.
The E-GIFT CARD can be spent in multiple solutions until the value is completely exhausted.
The value of each purchase made will be deducted from the remaining amount of the E-GIFT CARD.
The recipient of the E-Gift Card will receive updates relating to each change in the amount via e-mail.
You can log into your account or create one to register the code in the "Gift Card" section so you can check the status, expiration date and remaining availability.
If the value of the E-GIFT CARD is not used up within its expiry, the Customer will not be entitled to change or refunds of any kind.
The E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another E-Gift Card and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
The customer can request a refund of the purchased E-Gift Card, if not used, within 14 days of purchase.
If the value of the E-GIFT CARD is insufficient to make the desired purchase, the missing amount must be paid by the Customer using the payment methods accepted on the website.
The amount associated with the card does not accrue interest.
Right of withdrawal
Orders placed using the E-Gift Card can be returned: the amount relating to the returned goods will be credited back to the E-Gift Card.
Orders placed via E-Gift Card are subject to the General Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy of the website published on Rocalè Calzature.
Rocalè Calzature reserves the right to refuse orders placed using E-Gift Cards that show signs of duplication or fraudulent use.

Any communication and/or complaint relating to the use of the E-GIFT CARD can be sent by e-mail to the address [email protected]
