Returns and exchanges information
You can return the purchased products if they fall within the terms set out in our regulation on Right of Withdrawal.
You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date.
It is not possible to exchange items, only returns.
You can request a return in two ways:
If you purchased as a registered user
If you logged in during the purchase phase or contextually created an account by providing "username" and "password", you can choose between the following methods:
1) Log into your account.
If you access from a smartphone, please turn it horizontally, or access from a computer.
After providing the access data you will find yourself in your user wall: you will see a column menu on the left of the page in which you will have to click on "Returns"
Select the order from the drop-down menu and click on "Returns", then select the items you wish to return.
Click on "Send request": you will receive an RMA (Return) opening confirmation.
Our customer service will contact you within 24 working hours (therefore excluding Saturdays and Sundays) to help you return the products.
2) Click on THIS LINK and provide order number, surname and e-mail address used during the purchase.
Select the order from the drop-down menu, click on "Return" and follow the steps as in the previous point.
If you purchased as a guest
If during the purchase phase you have chosen not to create the account, we ask you to click on THIS LINK and provide order number, surname and e-mail address used during the purchase.
Select the order from the drop-down menu, click on "Return", then select the items you wish to return.
Click on "Send request": you will receive an RMA (Return) opening confirmation.
