Click and collect - Pick up in Store

It is a fast, simple and free purchase method that allows you to order the products available in our online store and collect them directly from our physical store, once the order has been processed.

WARNING: It is not possible to change the model or color of the merch in the store but only the size, if available. If you want to change the model you can buy it separately and your original order will be refunded online.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1) ORDER ONLINE
2) MAKE THE PAYMENT ONLINE THROUGH CREDIT CARDS AND / OR PAYPAL
3) SELECT THE DELIVERY OPTION "PICKUP IN STORE“ AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT
4) YOU WILL RECEIVE A FIRST EMAIL OF CONFIRMATION OF ORDER RECEIPT, WAIT FOR THE SECOND EMAIL OF CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE THAT WILL INDICATE THAT THE PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE
5) GO TO THE STORE TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER, REMEMBER TO BRING AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT AND THE ORDER REFERENCE WITH YOU
6) IF YOU WISH YOU CAN TRY THE ITEM PURCHASED DIRECTLY IN THE STORE, RESPECTING THE QUEUE
7) IF THE ITEMS PURCHASED DO NOT FIT YOU CAN ONLY CHANGE SIZE, IF AVAILABLE, OR RENOUNCE THE PURCHASE AND WAIT FOR THE REFUND. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE, THE STORE CANNOT ISSUE VOUCHERS OR RETURN MONEY IN ANY WAY: YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR THE REFUND
8) BE SURE TO COLLECT THE PRODUCT (S) YOU ORDERED WITHIN 2 DAYS, AFTER WHICH THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELED

YOUR ORDER AT ROCALÈ WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION AFTER JUST 30 MINUTES

USEFUL INFORMATION FOR COLLECTION IN STORE

Upon collection in the store, you will be asked to sign a copy of the order and fill out a collection form, which you can download here or request in the store.
The identity document presented must be the same as indicated on the collection form.
Your order will be available for collection at the store you have selected after just 30 minutes, during the opening hours of the store: for more information visit the dedicated section on our website. You can make the return in the store or through the ONLINE RETURN service.
In case of withdrawal, you will only be refunded ONLINE and using the payment method used for the purchase (NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN STORE), even in case the return is requested in the store and you decide not to collect the product. With CLICK COLLECT you will always have priority access to the shop, go immediately to the reception
