What are cookies?

Social networking cookies:
These are third-party cookies generated by "social plugins" for social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tumblr, etc. These plugins are represented by buttons displayed on the Site, which do not operate automatically, but transmit information through cookies only after an action (a click) by the User. The button remains active until the User decides to disable it, or to delete the relative cookie. Once activated, the social network concerned can collect data, regardless of the actual use of the button.
